<br />CGM:rb <br /> <br />6/6/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9360 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 6 1983 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84, SETTING TIME AND <br />PLACE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF <br />ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 6, 1983, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1983-84 fiscal <br /> <br />year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, July 11, 1983, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the ma~ter may be heard, <br /> <br />at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br /> <br />Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time <br /> <br />and place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal year <br /> <br />1983-84; said date is hereby established as the date of intro- <br /> <br />duction for the ordinance adopting said budget; and July 18, <br /> <br />1983, is hereby established as the date of final adoption of <br /> <br />said ordinance. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection <br /> <br />of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and <br /> <br />place at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon <br /> <br />ln accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9:360 <br />
