0 R I G I N A L 8/25/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13161 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (INDEPENDENCE DAY FESTIVAL) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Mr. Angel Acosta of Hispanos Unidos, <br />Inc. for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the <br />Independence Day Festival on September 13, 1997, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br />approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby <br />adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is <br />hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />Reso-270 1 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/C, ouncil <br />DES:djk <br />08/15/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
