- 0 R I G I N A L 8/~J/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13150 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING CALIFORNIA <br /> STATE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO PURCHASE CERTAIN <br /> HEREIN DESCRIBED VEHICLE TIRES AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD' <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br /> Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br /> request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br /> Contract No. 1-97-26-01, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, certain <br /> materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: various sized vehicle tires conforming <br /> to specifications of the Department of Public Works Services of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
