<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />April 9. 2007 <br />MO. 07-056 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: April 10, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Park and Recreation Commission Recommended Park Rule <br />Changes <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7A (305) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on April 9, 2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Howard to Introduce an ordinance to delete existing Chapter 25 Parks <br />and Recreation Areas of the Redwood City Municipal Code and replace with the <br />new Chapter as recommended by the Parks and Recreation Commission and <br />modify Chapter 2 to change the Commission name to Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Commission to correspond with the name of the <br />Department. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE REDWOOD <br />CITY MUNICIPAL CODE "ADMINISTRATION" AND ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER <br />25 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE "PARKS AND RECREATION <br />AREAS" <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />~~~... ,S.~~"u ) <br /> <br />Patricia S.
