<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />April 9. 2007 <br />MO. 07-058 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: April 10, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: 885 Woodside Road Precise Plan <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 9A (613) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on April 9, 2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Bain to refer back to the Planning Commission to amend the Precise <br />Plan to require project access from Woodside Road (not Horgan Avenue) <br />(Alternative 1 C); and explore options to project height of either four of five stories <br />(Alternative B). <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present.
