0 R I G I N A L 7/28/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13135 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE JEFFERSON AVENUE - MADISON AVENUE SEWER MAIN <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Jefferson Avenue - Madison <br />Avenue Sewer Main Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Jefferson Avenue - Madison Avenue Sewer Main Replacement Project - City <br />of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
