0 R I G I N A L 7/14/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13133 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND <br /> RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF <br /> EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED <br /> IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATIONS, AND <br /> RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12689 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby established for positions <br />included in the Executive Management classifications of the City of Redwood <br />City as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, and the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent rates for such <br />positions as set forth in said Exhibit are likewise hereby established, in ranges, <br />effective from and after April 28, 1997. <br /> <br /> 2. Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in the employment <br />classifications designated in Exhibit A hereof shall be compensated on an hourly <br />basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the <br />respective positions of employment. <br /> <br /> 3.
