0 R I G I N A L 7/14/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13132 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND <br /> TESTING SERVICES RELATING TO THE FIRE STATION, <br /> MAINTENANCE FACILITY AND WATER PUMPING STATION <br /> <br /> (SIGNET TESTING LABS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a fire station, <br />maintenance facility and water pumping station in the Redwood Shores area of <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Projects"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Projects, the City of Redwood City <br />requires professional construction inspection and testing services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Signet Testing Labs of Hayward, California, represents that it <br />possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for <br />the Projects; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Construction <br /> Inspection and Testing Services (Fire Station, Maintenance Facility and Water <br /> Pumping Station)" (form dated 07/03/97), by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Signet Testing Labs, <br /> for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br /> <br /> Reso-237 1 <br /> G:~shared\redwood\council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 07/03/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
