0 R I G I N A L 7/14/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13127 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO THE VETERANS MEMORIAL SENIOR CENTER, <br /> SENIOR RESOURCE CENTER BUILDING AND THE FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR <br /> CONDITIONING PROJECTS AND THE VETERANS MEMORIAL <br /> BUILDING EAVES AND GUTTER REPAIR PROJECT <br /> <br /> (GROSSMANN DESIGN GROUP) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires design services for the <br />Veterans Memorial Senior Center, Senior Resource Center Building and the Fair <br />Oaks Community Center heating, ventilating and air conditioning projects and <br />the Veterans Memorial Building eaves and gutter repair project in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Projects"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Projects, the City requires architectural <br />design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Grossmann Design Group of San Francisco, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Architectural Design <br />Services - Veterans Memorial Senior Center, Senior Resource Center Building <br /> <br />Reso-231 1 <br />G:~shared~redwood~council <br />DES:djk <br />06/25/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
