<br />CGM:eg <br /> <br />5/13/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9350 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 2 3 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF WILLOW STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo desire to provide for the reconstruction of Willow Street <br /> <br />and miscellaneous related improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />to provide for the proportionate sharing of the costs of this <br /> <br />reconstruction between this City and the County and it is the <br /> <br />intention of this Council to approve such agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Cost Sharing <br /> <br />of the Reconstruction Cost of Willow Street - Redwood City Area" <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars con- <br /> <br />cerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the agree- <br /> <br />ment approved herein for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9350 <br />
