0 R I G I N A L 6/30/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13125 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR DEMOLITION OF TWO <br /> BUILDINGS; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> (3476-3480 ROLISON ROAD) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the demolition of two Buildings located at 3476--3480 Rolison Road in the City <br />of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation two (2) bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the Department of Community <br />Development, Housing and Redevelopment Division; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Covey Trucking Co., of San Mateo, California, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to accept said <br />bid of Covey Trucking Co.; <br /> <br /> NOW,THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
