<br />~WC:djg-c 4/15/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9:1 32 <br /> <br />APR 1 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />FOR TENNIS COURT RESURFACING - RED MORTON CO~1UNITY <br />PARK AND MEZES PARK; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council previously awarded a bid for tennis <br /> <br />court resurfacing at Red Morton Community Park and Mezes Park, <br /> <br />and thereafter, pursuant to Resolution No. 9257, adopted <br /> <br />November 1, 1982, such award was recinded; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />revised special provisions for Tennis Court Resurfacing - Red <br /> <br />Morton Community Park and Mezes Park in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such improve- <br /> <br />ment project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for the Tennis Court Resurfacing - Red Morton Community <br /> <br />Park and Mezes Park - Redwood City, California" prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
