<br />SWC Jg-c 12/21/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINP:l <br /> <br />JAN 3 1983 <br /> <br />9284 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATING TO A <br />MARKET ANALYSIS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a Market <br /> <br />Analysis to aid in preparation of an updated Downtown <br /> <br />Development Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., San Francisco, California, <br /> <br />to perform such analysis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform <br /> <br />all of the abovementioned services as further described in the <br /> <br />proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOv~, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Market Analysis" (form dated 12/21/82), a copy of which is <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />city of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9284 <br />
