0 R I G I N A L 6/30/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13120 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> DIVISION OF HOUSING FOR THE EMERGENCY MOBILE HOME <br /> LOAN PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With the County of San <br />Mateo Division of Housing for Emergency Mobile Home Loan Program," by and <br />between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of <br />California, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby <br />authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-227 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 06/19/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
