0 R I G I N A L 6/30/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13119 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF A TRAFFIC <br /> ISLAND ACROSS FROM 104 AND 106 HORGAN AVENUE <br /> <br /> (KENTFIELD COMMONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit - Traffic <br />Island Across from 104 and 106 Horgan Avenue (Kentfield Commons <br />Homeowners Association)," by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Kentfield Commons <br />Homeowners Association ("Permittee"), granting to said Permittee the non- <br />exclusive use of an island across from 104 and 106 Horgan Avenue for the sole <br />purpose of installing an irrigation system and cultivating and maintaining trees <br />and vegetation, subject to the terms and conditions stated therein, a copy of <br />which permit is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-204 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />05/14/96 <br />FX$:rg <br />05/27/97R <br />06/11/97R <br /> <br /> <br />
