0 R I G I N A L 6/23/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13111 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR VIDEO TRACKING AND <br /> DETECTION SYSTEM FOR REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13071, adopted May 5, 1997, the <br />City Clerk advertised for bids for the Video Tracking and Detection System for <br />Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, four bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, S.G. Barber Construction, Inc. of Belmont, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to S.G. Barber Construction, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of S.G.
