O 1{ I G I N A L 6/9/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13106 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO THE HERKNER AND HOOVER POOL <br /> RENOVATIONS <br /> <br /> (WINGES ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires schematic design services <br />for the repair and renovation of Herkner and Hoover Pools in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires architectural <br />design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winges Architecture and Planning of Burlingame, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Architectural Schematic <br />Design Services - Herkner and Hoover Pool Renovations" (form dated <br />06/04/97R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Winges Architecture and Planning for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br /> Reso-215 1 <br /> G:~shared~redwood'council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 06/04/97R <br /> <br /> <br />
