<br />SWC:mf 11/12/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. <br /> <br />9263 <br /> <br />NOV 1 5 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AND VALUATION RESEARCH CORPORATION, FOR VALUATION <br />OF MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br />Oi'J'f\!I\JAl <br />l\iUd " <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an appraisal of <br /> <br />the Redwood City Municipal Water System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Valuation <br /> <br />Research Corporation, Los Angeles, California, to perform such study <br /> <br />including, but not limited to, investigation and valuation of the <br /> <br />Redwood City Municipal Water System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Valuation Research Corporation has represented to the <br /> <br />City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of the <br /> <br />abovementioned services as further described in the proposed agreement <br /> <br />therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />and Valuation Research Corporation entitled "Agreement - Water <br /> <br />System Appraisal," (form dated 11/12/82) a copy of which is attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9263 <br />
