<br />swr ijg-c 10/6/82 <br /> <br />ORI'G'MIIL <br />Il'lrl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9242 <br /> <br />OCT 11 196, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (SPRUCE <br />STREET) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS <br />CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing <br /> <br />at 98300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9230, adopted September 20, 1982, declared <br /> <br />its intention to vacate the hereinafter described public <br /> <br />service easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described <br /> <br />public service easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public serVlce easement vacated is described on the <br /> <br />plat attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, entitled <br /> <br />"Spruce Street Abandonment," marked Exhibit "A", and is more <br /> <br />particularly described as set forth on Exhibit "B", attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />9 242 <br />
