0 R I G I N A L 6/2/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13100 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR <br /> PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98, SETTING <br /> TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND <br /> ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET <br /> FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, June 5, 1997, is hereby established as the date by which the <br />proposed budget for 1997-98 fiscal year shall be submitted to this Council by the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, July 14, 1997, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter may be heard, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br />Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the <br />time and place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1997-98; said date <br />is hereby established as the date of introduction for the ordinance adopting said <br />budget; and July 28, 1997, is hereby established as the date of final adoption of <br />said ordinance. <br /> <br /> 3.
