<br />CGM:mf 9/9/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9216 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 13 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP <br />NO. 82-8 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 82-8 Subdivision <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates for Redwood City Co-op Housing, a California non-profit <br /> <br />corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity <br /> <br />with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to <br /> <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the relase of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br />subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of <br />Parcel Map No. 82-8 Subdivision," in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by City, whereby subdivider agrees <br />to construct and complete, in the time specified in this <br />agreement, all streets and other improvements required <br />of owner or subdivider under the provisions of Chapter <br />30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br />subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />street, sewer or other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Parcel Map No. 82-8 Subdivision on file in the office of <br />the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance of said owner or <br />subdivider of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, <br />and within the time specified, the amount of said security <br />to be Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Sixty-five and No/lOa <br />Dollars ($18,165.00), and also a good and sufficient <br />security in the form to be approved by the City Attorney <br /> <br />9216 <br />
