CGM:mf 9/9/82 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9216 ORIGINAL SEP 13 1982 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 82-8 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 82-8 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Redwood City Co-op Housing, a California non-profit corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to the relase of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map No. 82-8 Subdivision," in consideration of the approval of said map by City, whereby subdivider agrees to construct and complete, in the time specified in this agreement, all streets and other improvements required of owner or subdivider under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of Parcel Map No. 82-8 Subdivision on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance of said owner or subdivider of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time specified, the amount of said security to be Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Sixty-five and No/lOa Dollars ($18,165.00), and also a good and sufficient security in the form to be approved by the City Attorney 9216
