JL21 0 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 1 3 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR FIFTH AVENUE PUMP STATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fifth Avenue Pump Station and its tributary <br /> <br />area have proved to be a drainage problem to both the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is of mutual benefit to the City and to the <br /> <br />County to undertake an engineering study of the Fifth Avenue <br /> <br />Pump Station and related drainage area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />for its approval which provides for such engineering study; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the County of San Mateo in the form of "Exhibit A," <br /> <br />attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement, with <br /> <br />attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />921 0 <br />
