":.\1 <br />~.. j ! <br /> <br />SEP 1 3 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9207 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PORTIONS OF PUBLIC STREETS (HELLER <br />STREET, WILLOW STREET AND LAUREL STREET) IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing <br /> <br />at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9170, adopted August 9, 1982, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described portions of Heller <br /> <br />Street, Willow Street and Laurel Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described <br /> <br />portions of the abovementioned streets has been published and <br /> <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described portions of Heller Street, Willow Street <br /> <br />and Laurel Street are unnecessary for present or prospective <br /> <br />public purposes and hereby orders said portions of Heller <br /> <br />Street, Willow Street and Laurel Street vacated. <br /> <br />2. The portions of Heller Street, Willow Street and Laurel <br /> <br />Street vacated are described on the plat attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference, entitled "Heller Street, <br /> <br />9207 <br />
