<br />CGl Ijg-c 8/20/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9195 <br /> <br />AUG 2 3 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />DOWNTOWN LIGHTING PROJECT 1982; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain plans and specifications for the Downtown Lighting <br /> <br />Project - 1982 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the Ci ty Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />improvement project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Downtown Lighting Project - <br /> <br />1982," and those certain specifications entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for Downtown Lighting Project - 1982 - Redwood city, <br /> <br />California," prepared in the office of the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
