<br />SWL ljg-c 8/3/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />\ <br /> <br />AUG 9 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9174 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR HAWES <br />PARK PARKING LOT AND RED MORTON PARKING LOT <br />IMPROVEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain special provisions for the Hawes Park parking Lot <br /> <br />and Red Morton Parking Lot Improvements project in the city <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for <br /> <br />such improvement project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Special <br /> <br />provision for Hawes Park Parking Lot and Red Morton Parking <br /> <br />Lot Improvements - Redwood City, California," prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the city Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
