0 R I G I N A L 5/19/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13088 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWER PUMP STATION NO. 25; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR WESTPORT <br /> OFFICE SITE SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION NO. 25 <br /> <br /> (WESTPORT) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The improvement plans (the "Improvement Plans") entitled, '~Vestport <br />Office Site Sanitary Sewer Pump Station No. 25," for the construction of a <br />sanitary sewer pump station (the ``Improvements"), prepared by Bohley Maley <br />Associates, Consulting Civil Engineers, consultants for Westport Investments, a <br />California general partnership, the owners of record of the land known as the <br />Westport Office Park, are approved and accepted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of the Improvement Plans by the City of <br /> Redwood City ("City"), the owner or developers (hereinafter <br /> ``Owner" shall mean the owner or developers, as specified in the <br /> application for approval of the Improvement Plans of said <br /> Improvements) shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br /> agreement entitled "Agreement for Construction Improvements of <br /> Westport Office Park Sanitary Sewer Pump Station No. 25" (form <br /> dated 05/12/97, the "Agreement"), wherein Owner, in consideration <br /> <br /> Reso-202 1 <br /> F../Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 05/12/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
