<br />;M:djg-c 6/24/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 2 8 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9151 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />PERSONAL SERVICES (MISCELLANEOUS RECREATION <br />PROGRAM SERVICES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires miscellaneous <br /> <br />recreation program services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />to provide for such services and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to approve said agreement and authorize its <br /> <br />execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Personal <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 6/24/82), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Rozella Ullom, copies of which are on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the city Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 151 <br />
