CGM:djg-c 6/2/82 OR\G\Nf.\L JUN 7 1~8Z RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9137 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR LEASE OF LAND AND IMPROVEMENTS AT 910 MAIN STREET; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SAID PREMISES WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9107, adopted May 3, 1982, the City Clerk called for bids for the lease of land and improve- ments at 910 Main Street in the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received for the lease of the said premises and filed with the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, Nannette Barick Hinch, dba Hodge Podge, Redwood City, California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said bid to said Nannette Barich Hinch, dba Hodge Podge; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The bid of Nannette Barich Hinch, dba Hodge Podge, in the total amount of Twenty-four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-eight and No/100 Dollars ($24,288.00), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated May 26, 1982, for the lease of the premises according to those certain bid documents and lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement - 910 Main Street," (form dated 6/2/82R) is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement - 910 Main Street" by and between the City of Redwood City and Nannette Barich Hinch, dba Hodge Podge, for the lease of said premises in accordance with the 9137
