Q. 9 ] 0 2 <br /> <br />ORlG\NAL <br />APR 2 6 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO <br />3733 LAUREL WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Veronica M. Georges is the owner of real property <br /> <br />in this City and has requested approval of a Building Permit <br /> <br />for that certain real property which is commonly known as <br /> <br />3733 Laurel Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, property owners are required by City in order to <br /> <br />obtain a Building Permit to provide certain necessary public <br /> <br />improvements in connection with the development of such properties; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />pursuant to which Veronica M. Georges will construct and install <br /> <br />public improvements in accordance with the terms of that agreement <br /> <br />and this Council desires to signify its approval of such agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Veronica M. Georges entitled "Agreement - 3733 Laurel <br /> <br />Way Public Improvements," attached hereto, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />91 <br />02 <br />
