Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 8938, entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications <br />Relating to Managerrent and Confidential Assignments, and Certain Designatoo <br /> <br />Officers, and Pescirrling Resolution No. 8876," adopted August 10, 1981, as <br /> <br />amerrled, is hereby amended and replaced by Exhibit "A" (dated as of April 1, <br /> <br />1982) attachoo hereto and by this refererlce incorporated herein, to provide <br /> <br />a compensation schedule for the position of Director of General Services. <br /> <br />2. Except as amendoo hereby, all provisions of said Resolution No. <br /> <br />8938, as amended, shall remain in full force a.rrl effect. <br /> <br />3.
