<br />CGM:mf 3/18/82 <br />CGM:mf 3/22/82R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9078 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 /2 <br />1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT 'ID SUBDIVISION AGREEMENI' WITH <br />SHOREBIRDS SOLAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of RedwcxJd City and Shorebirds Solar <br /> <br />entered into a subdivision agreement dated September 3, 1980 for <br /> <br />the construction of subdivision improvements for Shorebird Solar <br /> <br />subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City and Shorebirds Solar desire to amend the <br /> <br />aforementioned agreement to provide for the acceptance of subdivision <br /> <br />improvements for Phase I of Shorebird Solar subdivision and to provide <br /> <br />for security and carpletion date rrodifications; <br /> <br />NCMT, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REJ:WX)D CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLI.GVS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "ArrendIrent to Agreement for <br /> <br />the Irrprovement of Shorebird Solar Subdivision" (form dated 3/22/82R) <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Shorebirds Solar, copies <br /> <br />of which are presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the sarre for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 078 <br />
