0 R I G I N'A L 5/12/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13075 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO THE PREPARATION OF A <br /> PERSONNEL STAFFING STUDY OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> (DAVID M. GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES, LTD.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires the preparation of a <br />personnel staffing study for the Police Department of the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. of Cupertino, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services for the Preparation of a Personnel Staffing Study of the Redwood City <br />Police Department" (form dated 04/17/97), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of Califomia, and David M.
