~1C:djg-c 3/12/82 RESOLUTION ~ 2. 9 0 6 17 '-'?fC' U:, "INAL MAR 1 5 1982 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (MARINE WORID PARKWAY) IN THE CITY OF RErWXID CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARI' 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREEI'S AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (camEncing at at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its Resolution No. 9059, adopted February 22, 1982, declared its intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service ease- ment over a portion of ~1arine War Id Parkway; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and High- ways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described portion of the abovementioned street has been published and posted; and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REJ::WX)D CITY, AS FOIli:WS: 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said public service easement vacated. 2. The public service vacated is as indicated on the plat attached hereto and incorported herein by reference, entitled "Proposed Abandonrrent of U.P.U.E., LDt 1, Marina Park Unit No.2, Redwood City, California" marked "Exhibit A", and is IIDre partic- ularly described as follows: An area for the abandonrrent of an underground public utility easerrent, being over a :p:>rtion of lot 1 (~1arina Drive), as said LDt and Drive are shawn on that certain map entitled "MARINA PARK UNIT NO.2", filed for record on August 14, 1978 in Vol1.lltE 97 of Maps at Pages 89 and 90, San Mateo County Records; said area abandonrrent being IIDre particularly described as follows: 9067
