<br />C( djg-c 3/4/82 <br /> <br />OI1IGINAL <br />MAR 8 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 063 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING <br />OF FOUR DUMP TRUCKS; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the furnishing of four dump trucks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of such equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Finance and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City-California-Specifications <br /> <br />for Four Dump Trucks," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for the furnishing of four dump trucks as called for <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9063 <br />
