0 R I G I N A L 5/12/97 <br /> RESOLUT ION NO. 13074 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br />of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated 04/09/97), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and the City of Foster City granting to said City the non-exclusive use <br />of the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated <br />therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />DES:djk <br />04/09/97 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />Reso-169 <br /> <br /> <br />
