<br />CGM:mf 11/25/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9 013 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />DEe 7 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />LANDSCAPE PLANTING AND PAVING ALONG EL CAMINO <br />REAL IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for the landscape planting and paving along <br /> <br />El Camino Real in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for <br /> <br />the above-mentioned project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those special provisions (including all documents <br /> <br />referenced therein) prepared in the office of the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled "Special provisions for Landscape Planting and <br /> <br />Paving - EI Camino Real - Redwood City, California" are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
