ORIGINAL 5/5/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13059 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO THE PREPARATION OF DESIGNS <br /> FOR SIGNS FOR THE NEW CITY HALL <br /> <br /> (BOHANNON AND BESS DESIGN) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires the preparation of designs <br />for signs for the new City Hall in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bohannon and Bess Design of Berkeley, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, ~Agmement - Professional Consulting <br />Services for the Preparation of Designs for Signs for the New City Hall" (form <br />dated 04129197), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Bohannon and Bess Design for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />Reso-l~O 1 <br />G:~shared~redwooc~ouncil <br />DE$:djk <br />04/29/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
