0 R I G I N A L ~+/21/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13058 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE SANDPIPER PARK COMMUNITY CENTER; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Sandpiper Community Center, <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Sandpiper Community Center - City of Redwood City and Belmont School <br />District", prepared by Gordon H. Chong & Associates for the Department of <br />Community Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of <br />which documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
