MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> December 2, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-355 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: December 3, 2002 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to amend the employment agreement of the <br /> City Attorney <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 H <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 2, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Ira Motion to amend the employment agreement of the City Attorney <br />and to adjust the base salary of the City Attorney and restate the rate of accrual <br />of vacation leave. The City Attorney's base compensation should be adjusted by <br />5% retroactive to the pay period beginning on July 29, 2002 <br /> <br />It is further recommended that the City Attorney's rate of vacation leave accrual <br />be restated as 25 work days per year effective July 29, 2002. The City Council <br />will review the City Attorney's pay for performance bonus which may be up to ten <br />(10%) percent at a later time. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
