0 R I G I N A L 4/21/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13048 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> (HUFFMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation of final <br />environmental mitigation plans for the Redwood Shores Levee Improvement <br />Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />environmental consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Huffman & Associates, Inc. of Larkspur, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Environmental <br />Consulting Services - Redwood Shores Levee Improvement Project" (form dated <br />04/10/97), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of Califomia, and Huffman & Associates, Inc., for the performance of <br />the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />Reso-170 1 <br />G:~,sharedVedwood~cou ncil <br />DES:djk <br />04/10/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
