-- 0 R I G I N A L 4/21/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13047 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE EL CAMINO REAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECT <br /> IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the El Camino Real Traffic Signal <br />Intemonnect Improvements Project, Redwood City, Califomia, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1, Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the El Camino Real Traffic Signal Intemonnect Improvements Project - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved, <br /> <br /> 2.
