--- 0 R I G I N A L 3/24/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13032 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE SANDPIPER LAGOON ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Sandpiper Lagoon Rock Slope <br />Protection Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />The Sandpiper Lagoon Rock Slope Protection Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
