0 R I G I N A L -- 3/10/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13026 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGEMENT, INSPECTION AND TESTING SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO THE JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> (VALI COOPER & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct the Jefferson <br />Avenue Underpass Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />construction management, inspection and testing services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. of San Francisco, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Construction <br /> Management, Inspection and Testing Services - Jefferson Avenue Underpass <br /> Project" (form dated 03/03/97), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc., <br /> for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br /> Reso-148 1 <br /> G:~shared~'edwood~council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 03/03/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
