--- 0 R I G I N A L --- 2/24/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13010 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF UNDERGROUND CONDUITS WITH ELECTRICAL <br /> LINES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain grant of revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable <br />Encroachment Permit for the Construction of Underground Conduit with <br />Electrical Lines" (form dated 02/18/97), pursuant to which Oracle Corporation, <br />subject to certain terms and conditions, are hereby granted permission to <br />construct underground conduits with electrical lines on dedicated or granted City <br />right-of-way within that certain real property, located on (1) Oracle Parkway and <br />(2) Marine Parkway, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />California, and described in Exhibit "Ar and Exhibit "B," attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said grant of revocable encroachment permit for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-144 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />02/18/97 <br />FXS:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
