O R I G I N A L 2/24/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13009 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR <br /> THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HOMEOWNERSHIP AND <br /> MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Cooperation Agreement - For the San <br />Mateo County Homeownership Program and the Mortgage Credit Certificate <br />Program", by and between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the <br />State of California, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-65 <br />FXS.~s <br />02/13/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
