DES:djk 01/23/97 (089/39) <br /> <br /> _ 0 R I G I N A L 2/10/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12996 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF VENTANA <br /> DEL MAR UNIT NO. 2, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPRO~-EMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Ventana <br />Del Mar Unit No. 2", prepared by Carlson, Barbee & Gibson, Inc., <br />Civil Engineers, consultants for Legacy Redwood Shores L.P., a <br />California limited partnership, the owners of record of said <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Ventana Del Mar Unit No. 2", (form dated <br /> 01/23/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements <br /> required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br /> <br />
