DES:d~~ 01/24/97 (029a/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/10/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12995 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF LIDO <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD UNIT NO. 4, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br /> DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedication of easements described therein) entitled, "Lido <br />Neighborhood Unit No. 4", prepared by Bohley Maley Associates, <br />and the Improvement Plans prepared by Bohley Maley Associates, <br />Consulting Civil Engineers, consultants for Redwood Shores <br />Properties, a California joint venture general partnership, whose <br />general partners are KG Shores Corporation, a California <br />corporation and KG Peninsula Shores Corporation, a California <br />corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br /> <br />
