12/09/96 <br /> <br /> _ ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12965 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION PROJECT (MAPLE STREET- <br /> MIDDLEFIELD ROAD, MAPLE STREET-MAIN STREET, MAPLE <br /> STREET-EL CAMINO REAL) AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Traffic Signal Installation Project <br /> <br />(Maple Street-Middlefield Road, Maple Street-Main Street, Maple Street-El <br />Camino Real), Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />Traffic Signal Installation Project (Maple Street-Middlefield Road, Maple Street- <br />Main Street, Maple Street-El Camino Real) - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, <br />a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Engineer, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
