DES:djl 1/19/96 (Reso-100) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12957 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT REGARDING DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF 1995- <br /> 96 AB 434 FUNDS FOR THE MARSHALL AND HAMILTON <br /> STREETS SIGNAL PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Regarding Distribution and <br />Use of 1995-96 AB 434 Funds", by and between the City/County Association of <br />Governments of San Mateo County ("C/CAG") and the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, for the Marshall and Hamilton <br />Streets Signal Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 12957 <br /> <br /> <br />
