DES:d~ 11/07/96 (059/42) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12953 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR AERIAL SURVEYING SERVICES RELATING TO THE <br /> REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (GEO CADD SURVEYS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to rehabilitate a <br />levee system protecting the Redwood Shores Peninsula in the City <br />of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional aerial surveying services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Geo Cadd Surveys of Fremont, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Aerial Surveying Services - Redwood Shores Levee Rehabilitation <br />Project" (form dated 11/07/96), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Geo Cadd Surveys of Fremont, California, for the performance <br />of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 12953 <br /> <br /> <br />
